Prestige White 2006
Soil:
Calcareous-clay, lagoonal soil with a saline tendency.
Grape Varieties:
A blend of barrel-matured Viognier, vat-matured Viognier, Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
Vinification:
Mechanical harvest. Traditional vinification methods in vats with careful temperature control allowing us to protect the typical natural fruit flavors of these grape varieties.
Tasting:
These three grape varieties have blended their flavors into a symphony where you will first notice a scent of fresh almonds and white flowers, followed by honey and a few heady exotic flowers. The wine's liveliness on the palate and the hint of citrus fruit join the roundness of lightly grilled hazelnuts resulting from the Viognier's partial maturation in barrels.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve chilled not cold any time. May be served between meals, for cocktails or will go well with white meat and fish in sauce.
Bottle: Bordeaux elegance 75 cl
Box: 6 bottles lying on their sides
Palette: 600 bottles
