Soil:
Calcareous-clay, lagoonal soil with a saline tendency.
Grape Varieties:
100% Syrah
Vinification:
Mechanical harvest. Traditional vinification methods in vats with careful temperature control allowing us to protect the typical natural fruit flavors of this grape variety while obtaining the best color. Cold maceration deliberately limited to 12 days results in delicate and non-aggressive tannins.
Tasting:
Deep ruby red color slightly turning to purple. An initial nose of violets then forest undergrowth. The wine is round, full-bodied and has a nice length on the palate.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve at 18°C with meats in sauce or game.
