Skin contact maceration for 5 days and then pressing. Only the first presses are reincorporated into the final blend. The wine is put in barrel for the malolactic fermentation. After malolactic fermentation the wine will age in oak barrel for 6 months and then bottled. We used 70% French oak barrel and 30% American oak barrel.
